During our visit on April 9th, we had the privilege of visiting Abuela Anna for one of the most special spiritual days of the Boruca community — a sacred moment when the sun rises in perfect alignment with the ancient spheres. It was a deeply meaningful and grounding experience for all of us.
Throughout our time there, we were also able to use the available facilities, including the toilets and showers, which supported a comfortable and respectful stay during this important cultural and spiritual gathering.

The Maloca, the heart of the project, has been successfully renovated and reinforced. This sacred ceremonial space is now safer, more weather-resistant, and better prepared to host teachings, gatherings, workshops, and ceremonies in a protected and respectful environment.
