The "Reforesting Edible Forests" project aims to restore forests by planting at least 500,000 non-timber trees and plants to directly benefit Amazonian families and communities in Ecuador. Supported by Reforest’Action and implemented in close collaboration with local communities, the project is technically guided and monitored by Fundación Pachamama. The initiative not only enhances biodiversity but also promotes sustainable livelihoods and food security within the region.
